Returns Policy

We offer a free return or exchange service for orders within the contiguous U.S. under the following conditions:


Condition of Items: To be eligible for return or exchange, all items must be unworn, undamaged, and in resellable condition. This means that shoes should show no signs of wear (e.g., no creases or marks on the soles) and should be in their original packaging (including shoe boxes and any included accessories or tags).

  

Return Request: Please submit your return or exchange request within 45 days of receiving your order. We need to receive your return request within this period to ensure it is processed properly. After 45 days, we may not be able to accept your return.


Non-returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes:

  Socks that have been tried on or opened.

  Shoe care products (such as polish, sprays, or insoles) that have been opened or used.

  Any items that do not meet the resellable condition, as mentioned above.

  

Condition of Packaging: If the original packaging (including the shoe box) is damaged, torn, or otherwise unusable, we may not be able to process the return or exchange. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition to avoid any issues.


Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, we're happy to offer an exchange. You can exchange your items for another size or even a different style, subject to availability. If we do not have the desired replacement in stock, we will offer you a refund.


Product Eligibility: Please note that products purchased through third-party sellers or other websites are not eligible for return through ShoppingDian. We can only process returns for items purchased directly from our website.



Refunds


We strive to make returns and refunds as smooth as possible for our valued customers. If you are eligible for a refund, here's what you can expect:


Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items and approve your request, your refund will be processed within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please allow additional time for processing by your payment provider or financial institution.
